14 Day Emt Course - I thought this was amusing if not rediculous. I completely forgot to ask about the book because i am sure i can get it cheaper online. This is a bit faster than most i've seen but i know a lot of the local places offer it to college students during the summer months usually a month and a half monday thru friday, 8hrs a day 14 days of emt school seems a bit quick and i can't speak for said programs but. I've run across unitek college training; Does anyone happen to know the book used for the 14 day boot camp emt course at unitek in fremont, ca. I observed yesterday and 75% of the class was from out of state so there is bound to be someone in here familiar with the book. I've also found a training. I am sure there are those smart enough to absorb everything in this period of time, but i am not one of them. The 6 month basic course is the same number of hours as the 2 week. In my opinion the student is better served 8 hours a day for 14 days in a row.versus 3/4 hours per night for 2 nights a week for months.
