Obstacle Course Physical Education

Obstacle Course Physical Education - Instead, i developed this obstacle course designed to work on a plethora of locomotor movements including jumping. This is an interactive physical activity. Jump ropes, mats, blindfolds, cones, and other things that students can use to build an obstacle course. Obstacle courses are terrific for field days, phys ed class, summer camps, birthday parties, and so much more. After gathering some input from my students, i decided against a normal jump roping circuit for jump day. I recently recorded a video of one of my favorite pe obstacle courses. A participating adult (18+) must supervise every two children. I try to provide students and their families opportunities to learn and practice skills that can be used in the future allowing students to choose a variety of activities.
